About the firm

Advisors who interpret the numbers, then help you act on them.

Next Zanzibar Advisors Limited is a professional advisory firm providing accounting, tax, audit support, financial management and business consulting services. We work with entrepreneurs, growing businesses, investors, institutions and established companies that need practical guidance, reliable financial insight and strong compliance support.

We take time to understand each client's objectives, operating environment, risks and opportunities before recommending solutions. Our advice rests on careful research, professional analysis and sector awareness, and we stay with clients from planning through to execution.

Integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and continuous learning guide how we work.

Our mission

To make every financial decision clearer, smarter, and safer through cloud-driven accounting, strategic tax planning, and risk-focused assurance.

Our vision

To be the trusted advisory partner that businesses turn to for clarity, confidence, and growth in every financial decision.

Our services

Five services, one connected view of your business.

From daily bookkeeping to pre-audit reviews and hospitality feasibility, each service is built to give management faster, more reliable information.

Cloud accounting and bookkeeping

We move businesses from delayed, paper-heavy bookkeeping to a secure cloud environment where owners see their numbers in real time. Using platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Smartsheet, we set up sector-fit charts of accounts, automate bank feeds, organise digital records and tie every transaction to its supporting document.

Invoices, receipts, approvals, reconciliations and reports run in one connected workflow. That cuts manual work, strengthens control, lowers long-term administration cost and gives management quicker information for pricing, cash flow, tax and growth decisions.

What makes it differentCloud access, clean records, document-backed transactions, sector-specific reporting, stronger controls, and financial information that is ready when decisions need to be made.

Material management

We help businesses control purchasing, stock, storage, issuing and reporting of materials in an automated, organised and efficient way, connecting stores and operations with finance for better cost control.

PurposeImprove how an organisation controls material from purchase to consumption, so inventory and financial records stay accurate.

Tax planning and management

We cover the full tax cycle: identifying the taxes that apply to your sector, planning, computation, filing, payment support and follow-up with the relevant authorities. We review direct and indirect taxes, quantify potential liabilities and advise on managing them efficiently.

What makes it differentSector-specific tax review, proactive planning, accurate filing support, risk-based compliance checks, and clear advice that turns tax from a pressure point into a managed business advantage.

Financial risk analysis and internal audit

Before the final audit or statutory filing, we review accounting processes, internal controls and supporting documents to see whether records are complete, reliable, compliant and ready for external review.

  • Identify financial exposures and risk areas
  • Test existing controls and check compliance with law and internal policy
  • Recommend practical improvements to procedures, approvals and accountability
What makes it differentRisk-based reviews, control testing, audit-readiness checks, and early risk detection before final audit submission.

Hospitality feasibility assessment

A team of hospitality specialists assesses projects through legal, technical, operational and financial lenses, so investors can judge whether a project can be completed and will perform over the long term.

  • Acquisition vehicle and capital thresholds
  • Financial planning and forecasting
  • Risk register and analysis
  • ROI analysis
